These Terms apply to:

• • All Laminar branded cleaning and preparation products
• • All customers, including individuals and rowing clubs (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

03. Products & Intended Use

Laminar products are formulated for the cleaning, preparation, and care of rowing and small marine craft hulls.

Unless expressly stated, Laminar products are not intended for household, automotive, or industrial use. Use on surfaces other than marine hull finishes is at the customer's discretion and risk.

04. Finish Compatibility Guidance

Laminar products are formulated for use on rowing and small marine craft hulls. Laminar products are safe for use on varnished wooden shells and modern matte composite hulls when used as intended.

• • Rinse and Wash and Waterless Wash are suitable for routine cleaning on all finishes.
• • Deep Clean and Final Prep are intended for periodic use and should be applied with care on varnished or matte surfaces. Aggressive scrubbing, excessive pressure, or unnecessary repetition should be avoided.

We recommend testing any product on a small, inconspicuous area prior to full application, particularly on sensitive or non-gloss finishes.

05. Instructions for Use

Customers are responsible for following all instructions provided:

• • On the Laminar website
• • In any accompanying documentation

Failure to follow instructions may result in reduced effectiveness or unintended surface effects.

06. Storage & Handling

Products should be stored and handled in accordance with the following guidance:

• • Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
• • Do not allow products to freeze
• • Keep containers tightly closed when not in use
• • Keep out of reach of children

Laminar accepts no responsibility for product degradation or performance issues arising from improper storage or handling.

07. Safety & Regulatory Information

Some Laminar products contain substances that require hazard labelling in accordance with UK regulations.

• • Customers agree to handle products in accordance with all safety information provided on the label and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• • Safety Data Sheets are available upon request and should be consulted prior to use.

09. Pricing & VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Laminar reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice but confirmed orders will not be affected.

10. Orders & Contract Formation

An order is considered accepted when:

Laminar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Laminar shall not be liable for delays caused by:

12. Returns & Refunds

12.1 Consumer Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused and unopened.

12.2 Exclusions

Due to the nature of liquid cleaning products, Laminar cannot accept returns of opened or used items, unless the product is faulty.

12.3 Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, customers must contact Laminar within a reasonable timeframe with details of the issue. Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with UK consumer law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• • Laminar shall not be liable for damage resulting from misuse, excessive application, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the intended purpose.
• • Laminar shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
